ADHD Coaching
Have you discovered you have ADHD in adulthood? You’re not alone. Many women aren’t diagnosed with ADHD until later in life, often after years of struggling with focus, organisation, and time management.
During your coaching programme we'll explore how ADHD presents for you and how this impacts both your work and personal life.
We'll cover areas including:
Motivation
Memory
Emotional regulation
Impulsivity
Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria (RSD)
Burn out
Neurotypical solutions don't work for ADHD brains. Together, we'll explore strategies to overcome the challenges that ADHD can bring, identify and lean into your unique strengths, and provide accountability week to week.
Return to Work Coaching
Returning to work after a break - whether due to maternity leave, a career pause, or burnout - can feel overwhelming, especially when ADHD adds an extra layer of challenge. You might worry about keeping up, managing expectations, or rebuilding confidence in a workplace that often feels designed for neurotypical minds.
That’s where I come in.
My Return to Work Coaching Programme is designed to help you approach this transition with confidence, personalised strategies, and the support you need to thrive.
Together, we’ll explore:
Confidence
Setting you up for success
Work-life balance
Harnessing your strengths

Emotional regulation
Returning to work is a big transition and you deserve the support you need to ensure your return is a success, both in terms of business outcomes and your own wellbeing.
About Me
My ADHD Story
As someone who wasn’t diagnosed with ADHD until 35, I know first hand how life-changing the right support can be. My ADHD journey started when I came back from maternity leave and found that my usual coping mechanisms no longer worked. The skills I’d learnt that allowed me to be successful at work had disappeared, and in trying to keep up with my job while unknowingly battling ADHD I completely burnt out. This experience not only led me to seek out my own ADHD diagnosis but also motivated me to become a qualified ADHD coach.
I’m passionate about helping others navigate their own ADHD journeys and removing the unnecessary shame we put on ourselves. Life is hard, but with the right support we can make it easier

Testimonials
Here's what some of my clients say
“Even after my very first coaching session with Ellie, I felt so much more optimistic about my goals. She asked helpful questions but gave me plenty of space to come to my own realisations myself; this helped me zone in on several realistic, achievable actions that I could start doing straight away”
- Robyn S, Head of Commercial Content
“I really appreciated how warm you were. It made me feel at ease. You’re also a fantastic listener - you know how to let people take the time to unravel their thoughts, even if it takes time. Equally, it felt like you knew exactly when it was your time to intervene and give guidance. You’ve basically given me tools and ideas to reverse my perspective on my career, which is very empowering"
- Maïté B, Commercial Editor
"You have a presence that is really calming and easy to talk to. I always felt could say what I wanted and when I went off on a tangent you brought me back gently. I now understand my ADHD much better and feel like I have the tools I need to keep going. Thank you!"
- Gemma W, Marketing Manager
“The session I attended yesterday was amazing and so on point. The feedback I have heard buzzing around the office from those who had attended previously, and of course the transformation of the calls I have listened to are a real testament to your content and your delivery. I loved every second of yesterday, and I am so looking forward to seeing the impact. Super kudos and thanks to you”
- Suzanne D, Customer Service Manager
